Derek has coached and trained people at all levels of seniority and experience within large international companies and smaller businesses. He has lectured at some of Scotland's top universities on his methods.

He  is a certified coach by diploma, mind expert, Master Practitioner (Dip.C.Hyp/NLP) of NLP which is software for the mind.  
Derek is also an accredited coach by Diploma. He brings his unique style to the table. He has a passion for personal development, learning and is currently writing his second book.
